What they don’t want you to know
Under orders from the Trump Administration, the National Park Service pulled down critical information and signs about climate change from Acadia National Park and other sites. A Trump spokesperson explained why: they didn’t want to engage in “brainless fear-mongering rhetoric.” They didn’t deny that climate science is telling us the truth. They just didn’t want the public to know about it, because an informed public is harder to control.
